Access VH Server to USB client on Android Phone

Is it at all possible to create a client version for an Android Phone? I would love to be able to use my SDR dongle that is connected to my VH server that I use for my laptop and the same software (SDR++ and SDRAngel) on my tablet and mobile phone.
