We need to purchase several VH licenses for HP DL360G10 servers.
I noticed, that the serial number of the running VH server in the Current Licenses window matches the serial number of the server itself. For HP DL360G8 the VH serial number looks different.
Eg:
DL360G10,s/n=CZ******BD,1 device
DL360G8,s/n=7052cb0f-df0f-4d0a-a1be-d4b19e61f080,1 device
Is this information suitable for ordering a program for the G10?

Fine. But the key entry page does not accept keys of this type.
After entering the key CZJ14401BD gives an error: "Invalid serial, please do step 2 & 3"
What should we do?

You need to paste in the full string just as it says e.g "server name,s/n=serialnumber,1 device"
