Hello I'm trying to use the Quest 3 through VH but when I run the speed test it only shows a speed of 347mbps. Should be in the Gbps range. Any ideas why it might be sharing at such a slow speed? I'm using USB 3 with a suitable wire that works when not going through VH and tried multiple wires.
Any tips to help boost the speed will be appreciated!

No,not true, its all dependent on network latency. When USB was designed it was not optimized to go over an IP network so it sends lots of little packets (no buffering) and little latency can add up. 347 is pretty good actually. I have seen up to about 700Mbps but that was using Bulk Streaming which is a new protocol of usb which not many devices work with.

Ah I see, so am I pretty much hitting the maximum speed here? If so, I suppose USB over IP is just not an option for the Quest 3, as the Oculus USB test flags as being too slow. The VR performance is very laggy when I tested a game at this speed. The conection speed is much higher when using a direct connection to PC.
Do you by any chance know if anyone has successfully connected their Quest 3 to a remote PC using VH?

Normally people use virtualhere inside the quest and connect their game controllers etc that way. I dont know of anyone using the quest via usb and virtualhere.
