Not able to connect Sentinel HL key from client VM

Hello,

We are doing POC of the Virtualhere server & client for our licensing Sentinel HL key. We had a deployment of the server & client, We can see the SentinelHL key in the Virtualhere client. But not able to connect from the application. 

 

On the client when we right-click to usb sentinel device & click on Use the below error comes up,

"When running the client as a service you can only connect to the purchased server." 

 

How to use USB device in the trial version?

Hello,

Open VirtualHere Client and from the list right click on "USB Hubs" select "Uninstall Client Service" as using the client as a service is not available on the trial version.  Then reload the client and right click on the listed usb device that you wish to use and select "Use this device".
