Using on Orange Pi Zero 2W with Teensy 4.1 to Windows 10

Hi,

I'm trying to use this to access a Teensy 4.1 connected by USB to an Orange Pi Zero 2W (arm64 running Ubuntu) with my Windows 10 laptop.  I am able to see the USB show up on my PC, but am not able to connect to the serial monitor to see the data being transmitted by the Teensy.  I currently have the Teensy serial port baud rate configured at 115200.  Any ideas of what to try?

Does it show a COM port next to the teensy in the virtualhere client? If so open Windows Device manager and go to Ports and LPT. Can you right click on that COM port and select Properties. Is there a Power Events tab? If so uncheck allow windows to turn off device to save power.
