Current version of the Linux GUI client does not work on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS (glibc 2.31)

Attempting to start the current version (5.6.1) of the Linux GUI client with sudo vhuit64 fails with the following error on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS:

vhuit64: /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.33' not found (required by vhuit64)
vhuit64: /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.34' not found (required by vhuit64)
vhuit64: /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.32' not found (required by vhuit64)

Ubuntu 20.04 LTS uses version 2.31 of glibc. I know it is not recent, but it is a long-term support release supported until April 2025, so it's still going to be around for a while.

I have an older version of the client lying around (5.5.4) which works fine, but would rather use the latest version if possible.

Why does vhuit64 even require this library, I thought it was statically linked? Running ldd vhuit64 returns not a dynamic executable.

Thank you in advance for your help

No you need to use the latest LTS only 22.04

OK thanks, sadly migrating to 22.04 (or 24.04) is not an option at the moment on the system I'm using. Is there somewhere I can download the latest version of vhuit64 that works on 20.04? Thank you very much

The answer is the same as the previous post?

Sorry, was unclear: I'm asking if I can download the last version of vhuit64 that still works on Ubuntu 20.04? So a version from before it stopped supporting that system. Thanks.
