Does my license reset if I reinstall the OS?

I'm thinking about purchasing Virtual Here but I have a question...

Does the license reset (ie. removed) if I install the OS?  (I'm considering Android [Quest 3] and Raspberry Pi 4)

I was hoping to install on both the Quest 3 and RPi 4 but it looks like that would require two license purchases?

The license is only for one server, so you would need 2

OK - Thanks.  What about my first question about requiring a new license if the device is factory restored or reformatted?

PI you can reformat the card/install a new OS change the sd card, just put in the same license key again.

The Quest yes it will lose the serial/license if you reformat. Dont reformat the quest
