Unable to connect Raspberry Pi 4 with cloudhub-pi4-initial.img

I am able to connect my Raspberry Pi 4 to the internet with the stock OS, but not cloudhub-pi4-initial.img

I am using raspberry pi imager, and enabling ssh and configuring wireless network through the imager.

I also tried chatgpt method of creating an empty ssh file and customized wpa_supplicant.conf file in the boot, no luck.

No green lights on raspberry pi with cloudhub-pi4-initial.img.

The wifi setup in the rpiimager does nothing.

Just use the rpiimager to write the img file to the sdcard, boot  the pi, then look for the CloudHub_xxx wifi and join that just like its explained in the hardware page
