We've been using VirtualHere (paid version) for years over LAN, but recently had to move the server to another location, breaking the existing networking. I'm trying to get it back online using EasyFind, but it's not working and I don't know how to debug further. I'm using Wireshark and seeing traffic on both the client and server to/from 143.198.145.150:443, but that's as far as I've gotten. Can you please let me know other settings or logs I can check?

I can see it trying in the logs.
You might have a Symmetric NAT or firewall in the way, is that possible?
That will randomize an incoming UDP port which will block easyfind.
