* Support for IP reassignment while running, the server will reregister itself with Bonjour so clients can auto-find the server at the new address
* Added parameter mDNSServiceName parameter in the config.ini file that will change the service name the server broadcasts itself as over Bonjour. This is useful for certifying the server for Bonjour conformance
