The virtualhere app continuously disconnects from the client. The error messages we are receiving are below.

I tried specifying the hub to connect to. Now it tries to force the connection through but still timeouts after a couple of seconds.
error 10054 means the server
error 10054 means the server is closing the connection, can you do this, Finder -> Utilities -> Console -> Top right filter by "vhusbd" then email me at mail [at] virtualhere.com (mail[at]virtualhere[dot]com) with the contents of that as that will show any errors or warnings encountered...
