new cloudhub build with updated kernel?

i am trying to install zerotier on the GL-MT300N-V2 which is running cloudhub. i had to add an opkg reference to a different repo to find zerotier, but when i tried to install it, i ran into this:

root@CloudHub_4d4f93:/tmp# opkg install zerotier
Installing zerotier (1.4.4-1) to root...
Downloading http://downloads.openwrt.org/snapshots/packages/mipsel_24kc/packages/ze…

Collected errors:

uname -a shows this:

Linux CloudHub_4d4f93 4.14.120 #0 Thu May 23 20:05:40 2019 mips GNU/Linux

any help or pointers is appreciated

No the reason its at this kernel version is because there was a bug that made the radio drop occasionally on later kernels. You might like to instead build your own version of openwrt and then flash to the MT300NV2 and then just run the little endian MIPs version of virtualhere from here https://www.virtualhere.com/usb_server_software and see if it is stable
