No more work since Windows 10 Pro rev2004

Hi,

Since my update to Win10 Pro rev2004, the virtual here client is no more working.

As soon as I start the software, my computer hangs completly. (Black screen, and remote access is impossible).

I don't know how to get logs since the client doesn't start.

Any help will be appreciated.

VirtualHere works fine on windows 2004

Firstly try updating to the latest virtualhere server and client from this website (download the new exe and overwrite the old exe then start)

See if that resolves the issue. Post here if you still have problem

Sorry for late reply.

I've solved my problem by updating my hasp driver for rev2004, the problem didn't come from virtualhere.

It's perfectly working now, great product.
