Blue Screen When Device Connects

Hi, I've been having a problem for a while now (not sure the exact version that started causing it) but I don't know whats going on.

I have a Windows Server 2016 VM running the VirtualHere client and whenever I connect my iPhone on my VirtualHere Server it recognizes it but the Server 2016 box blue screens right away once it connects.

Any ideas of what to look at?

Can you email me the files in c:\windows\minidump\*.dmp from the server mail [at] virtualhere.com (mail[at]virtualhere[dot]com)

Followup:

The solution to this was to uninstall iTunes (if it was originally downloaded and installed outside the windows store), reboot then install the iTunes version from the windows app store
