Hi,
Tested the trial version connecting a USB Biometric reader to a Win11 Virtual Machine.
All worked as expected.
We purchased a license and installed the license.
Now we can not connect the device with an error "There was an error using this device"
The server logs show a BIND_ERROR.

Can you update to the latest virtualhere server 4.5.9 on this website and try that version. Post the log again if it still fails.
