Recently purchased VirtualHere on steam to use over steam link but it seems every time my computer connects to the link with VirtualHere enabled on both devices, i get a reproducable crash on the steam link itself, freezing it. is there anything i can do to fix this or is the steam link just too old to use now?

If it does that, it is a bug in the steamlink kernel. However looking at https://steamcommunity.com/app/353380/discussions/ it seems there is not much work going on on that box anymore. slouken used to fix this sort of thing with his team but i just dont know if they are still bothering. You could post on there about this crash and they might ask for the logs but i wouldnt get my hopes up..
