Can't detect device on the Sierra and Catalina MacOS

I am using VirtualHere Client to connect to a USB device but the device was not listed to the device tree.

The following are system log

Sierra OS:
ERROR: Driver tx error system=04 sub=0000 code=0003

Catalina:
ERROR: Driver tx error system=38 sub=0000 code=02c0
ERROR: Driver tx error system=04 sub=0000 code=0003

Can anyone help me to address this issue?

Catalina is not supported (as shown on this website) and Sierra is only partially supported.

You need to be using the Universal client and Monterey now.
