Samsung M2020 printer

Hello,

I am trying to use Virtual Here Linux client with M2020 printer. I am currently using the client on a windows machine and it is works fine. Now, I am trying to use the linux client and it is failing. I have the following log messeges:

Notice here that the driver is constantly removed. At these moments I am trying to send printing jobs but nothing happens. It seems that the driver is crashing.

On the server side, there is a Raspberry PI running an instance of the virtualhere server as service.

Can you help me solving this issue?

Thanks for the log. Those messages show that the driver is resetting the printer.

Its not going to be debugable unfortunately as i don't have that printer to test with so for the time being its not going to work via virtualhere.

Thanks for your feedback.

ok. I am available to help you in this M2020 support. I think it is good for your software product.

Feel free to send me instructions or request more logs. I am an electronics engineer, so, I think I can help.

Is it possible to plug the printer directly into the linux computer to see if it works that way, without virtualhere?
