Bad lag and frequent disconnects from Nvidia Shield Pro to Windows PC

Hello,

I am getting very frequent disconnects and bad lag on the following setup:

Server (licensed): Nvidia Shield Pro 2019 (ethernet)
USB device: TP-Link UB500 Bluetooth Adapter
Bluetooth device: Dualshock 4 controller
Client: Windows 10 PC (ethernet)
Streaming software: Moonlight

Plugging the usb bluetooth device directly into my PC does not result in any issues.

I am able to stream 4k content without any issues between the two devices.

Please advise on how best to proceed.

VirtualHere wont cause any unexpected lag, so it must be a network issue.

1. In the virtualhere client right click USB Hubs->About->Statistics and watch that graph for a while. What does it generally show?
2. Move the bluetooth dongle around a bit or into a hub so you can move it out in front of the shield so it has better reception.
3. Turn off wifi on your sheild if you are not using it, since you are just using ethernet.

Moving the dongle closer to the controller worked.
