Fails to start on MacOS Monterey

I'm trying to run VirtualHere but it crashes right after it starts. The log file is as follows. Any help will be appreciated - its a Macbook pro 13" running Monterey

You need to be running the Universal version.

I'm running the Universal version. I had installed the other one and have deleted it and replaced with Universal... not sure if its still picking up the non Universal version? How can I fix this?

Reboot the mac and have a look and make sure you click VirtualHereServerUniversal
