Vm on Azure could not connect to virtual here servers on raspberry pi

we can ping our raspberry pi from VM on Azure , But client could not find any hubs
it works fine with laptop on Same network, IT team have opened port 7575 from VM , but still its not working
any help suggetion are welcome

No i dont debug network issues. I know less about your network than you do.
