i have virtualhere on my ds218j synology nas (DSM6). I have a new computer (windows 11 pro ) that does not recognize sentinel hasp. when i connect directly the hasp to to my computer everything works fine. when i connect my hasp to nas , the client sees the hasp but windows device manager show a yellow triangle.
any idea what is wrong?
.
If you double click Sentinel USB Key in Device Manager, what error does it show in Properties? Also make sure you have the latest Sentinel HL drivers (at this time 8.53) installed on your client pc.

sorry for the swear but i have lost two work days trying to solve my problem.
Virtualhere is a terrific piece of software. I use it everyday the last 4.5 years. My only complain is that i didn't discover it earlier. Your support is also superb.
I am not Russian. I am from Greece.
i just want to fully uninstall the server from my synology nas ( not from synology package manager ).
On my windows machine i have installed only the virtualhere client that works flawlessly.
.
Actually you just uninstall from Package Manager and everything is cleaned up. There is nothing else to uninstall it will uninstall fully using the DSM Package Manager
If it works on some Synology and not others then its almost certainly a bug in the DSM firmware. VirtualHere is mostly the same on all Synologys' so just use what works in your case.
