Error in the driver

Hi,

When I connect my phone to a device I can not connect to it from the pc because I have problems with the installation of the driver in the Windows Device Administrator.

It appears as unknown USB device and if I try to update or modificate it Windows tell me eveything is ok. A message in brackets appears: "Descriptor de configuración no válido" I think the translation is a Not Validate Configuration Descriptor.

Do you know how I can solve?

Thanks in advance.

What version of windows are you using? And in Device manager does it say "VirtualHere USB 3 eXtensible Host Controller" is working ok in its Properties? What USB device are you trying to use?

Hi,

I'm using Windows 10 Enterprise.

The Device Manager says USB device unknown, Windows stops the device because of problems (Code 43).

USB device is a cable Mini-B USB2.0 and adapter cable "Nano Cable 10.01.3600 - Cable USB 2.0 OTG (On-The-GO), Tipo Micro B/M-A/H, Male-Female" to connect a plc FP0R-C32CT from Panasonic.

When I connect the plc directly to my pc using the cable mini-B USB2.0, Windows find the driver correctly. But when I connect the pc to the plc using VirtualHere the error appears.

OK i think you need to use a proper server like a windows pc or a linux board (e.g pi) for virtualhere server instead of an android phone to communicate with your plc.
