Hello!
Came across your product and got a license to use it but something very strange started to happen coincidentally right after I got the license. My setup is the following
- Nvidia Shield 2019
- 8BitDo Ultimate Bluetooth Controller BUT I'm using the 2.4ghz dongle for better latency
- Microsoft Wireless Keyboard with Trackpad (this has no issues)
- Sunshine / Moonlight
- Starting games using Launchbox/BigBox on PC
Description of the issue:
- Everything gets added and setup properly however the moment I start using Launchbox to start a game, my controller turns off and I hear a disconnected sound. I can turn the controller back on but within a few seconds it will turn off. The strangest thing is that if I don't start up Launchbox, the controller does not turn off. I can close out Launchbox, then turn on my controller to have it connect, then open up set up game controllers in Windows and it'll test just fine without turning off.
Any ideas on why this may be happening? My hunch is that either Launchbox or Moonlight is force resetting the controller for some reason? Below is a quick screenshot of the logs on the Nvidia shield which I believe is the server. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance.

Not sure sorry, i don't know enough about launchbox to understand what commands it sends to the dongle. The 8bit do is a bit odd in that it doesn't quite follow the USB spec, it changes its vendor id/product id values when it detects certain controllers which can sometimes confuse android/virtualhere.I think you will need to use that workaround you mention.
