When I first boot my device it works as expected, but after a few minutes, could be 5 or 30, the USB device (Stream Deck Mini) becomes unresponsive. Its hard to troubleshoot because the host see's the Stream Deck, but when keys pressed, nothing happens. If I reboot the Pi, it comes back alive, I'm just trying to figure out how I can troubleshoot this. Any thoughts?

Is it the pi connected via wifi or ethernet?

I think that would be your issue. In the virtualhere client right click USB Server->About->Statistics and watch that graph for a while. Does it spike really high sometimes?
