VH Android Server not recognizing USB 2.4Ghz Mouse Dongle

Hi,
I bought the Android server and I'm pretty sure I tested the device before and it was working, but now the device is not being recognized by the VirtualHere Android server.
I tried to uninstall the app and clean caches and data, but this specific 2.4 GHz dongle is not getting recognized.
I tried many others and had no problem with any of them, but this one is not working. I'm not getting the message to "Allow VirtualHere USB access..." for this particular device...
I tested this same dongle on a trial VirtualHere Windows server and it worked without a problem. 
Any suggestion on how to "force" it to be recognized on Android?

OK looks like its because its a mouse and android will block mice via virtualhere for some reason. It needs a change from google which was requested a few years ago but hasnt been actioned by google yet.

But I tested 2 other mice and it worked flawlessly.
Why is this one special?
Besides, I'm pretty sure it worked at first... now I doesn't ... (I might be wrong here... I will test on another mobile in a bit just to be sure...)

I didn't work on my wife's mobile as well
I guess this dongle receiver is cursed ... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
