Client as a service - how to auto connect a bluetooth USB device?

If I run vhui.exe manually I can get the bluetooth USB device on my Win 2022 Std host to show properly on my Win 10 Ent VM.

However when I run it as a service the device isn't mounted when I log on.

How do I do that?
