Virtualhere over internet

Hello

I want to have a try for virtualhere, but don't know if it's possible for my set up.

I have my gaming server on a remote place, and it is accessible from internet. (e.g. using sunshine streaming)

Then I have couple devices in my home, e.g. laptops. Addtionally I have xbox controllers, wheels, etc. I would like to utilize the remote gaming server to stream using my laptops and also use these accessories. However, the network in my home is behind some NAT controlled by my ISP, so it's not possible to access from internet directly.

In my understanding, I should install Virtualhere client on my remote gaming server since it's the client to use that USB devices. Then I should install Virtualhere server on my home devices, since they are the server that will connect to various USB devices and provide to my remote gaming server. Is that correct understanding?

If yes, then it comes to the last question, is it mandatory for VirtualHere server to have public IPs so that VirtualHere client can access it over internet?

The first question -> correct, the virtualhere server runs where the usb devices are physically plugged in. The virtualhere client runs in the cloud

Virtualhere needs direct access to the internet if you want decent performance (low latency) VIrtualhere has EasyFind to help here

Thank you.

So it's mandatory for VirtualHere Server can be directly accessed from Internet(Sure it has internet connection, in my case it's just these servers can't expose any services to internet.). Otherwise, a VPN like solution is needed, e.g. EasyFind. Right?
