Buy KVM/IP as a company account

Hi Michael,

We are interested in buying your USB hub that you created for KVM/IP to replace our current hubs from Amazon.

I've noticed that the checkout page does not contain the option to buy as a company (i.e. enter company name, address, business ID and VAT ID). I can only fill in my personal details.

Can we buy as a company? Ideally without VAT, since we have a VAT ID.

Hi Marko, I added the company field now in the checkout page. The shipper requires duty paid up front before its sent, hence the VAT . This is remitted to the appropriate country automatically. However you can claim it back from your tax office as usual if you are a company.

Thanks, Michael. I have a question regarding the multi-TT feature of your USB hub. Will it add performance if we are using 2 USB 2.0 devices, but not at the same time? One is a USB-to-serial adapter and the 2nd one is a Wacom tablet, however we rarely use them at the same time.

The Multiple TT is useful if there are two low or full speed (1.5 or 12Mbps) plugged in at the same time.  So if they are never plugged in at the same time then multi-TT doesnt help.

They are both plugged in at the same time, and also at the same time bound to a single client in VirtualHere, but they are used one after the other.
