With this sort of error, its really important to get the latest kernel, are you running chaos calmer trunk? If the kernel is throwing an error there is not much i can do in userspace in virtualhere, you need to get the latest openwrt trunk and watch for fixes.

I tested with Attitude Adjustment, Barrier Breaker & Chaos Calmer. It's the same on all.
I buyed a USB hub of 7 ports, like suggested on the OpenWRT forum, and this solve the problem.
