I've got a micro camera which I'm attempting to use on my laser with lightburn. I have to manually "Use" the device but get the following error. I also do not get ANY video at all

You must have the pi connected via ethernet, not wifi
ok. So I purchased a license…
ok. So I purchased a license so I could use this lightburn camera. I had initially tried it via wifi which failed. I've now tried it with ethernet by disabling the wifi connection but I still get no video at all from this camera.

Can I have a quick have a look via rustdesk when you are there. Let me know mail [at] virtualhere.com (mail[at]virtualhere[dot]com)
I also purchased a licence
I have exactly the same issue. I checked lsusb and the camera is showing correctly on Linux and it appears in windows as a device but when I select it either through the camera app or directly in lightburn the applications just hang. I also checked my AV software to make sure there wasn't some kind of privacy block going on.
