I suddenly can't connect to my synology usb device

I use a programs usb key on my synology usb port for two years. Suddenly my usb device will not connect auto or manually and I cannot understand why 

The only change that have happened is that I changed my old DVI monitor for two new with display port but that should be irrelevant

In the virtualhere client, right click USB Servers->Specify Servers->Add and put in the IP address of the synology : (colon) 17570

I have already done that and no think happened. 

I can see synology hub, I can see my device HASP 2.17 when I put it in the USB port it detects it instantly, I right click USB device select use this device and no think happens

What model of Synology is it? 

Try installing the old virtualhere app 4.3.2 from here https://archive.synology.com/download/Package/VirtualHere/

Uninstall virtualhere in the package center then click Manual Install in Package Center and upload the spk you downloaded from the link above.

Seems the DSxxxJ has problems with 4.6.6 of virtualhere. Does your synology model end in J?

I have a DS220+ I couldn't install the old software so I installed again the new and everything is ok now
