Issue with Connecting Creality Otter on Android and Windows 11

Hello, I’m interested in this great product. I need it to operate the Creality Otter scanner connected to an Android device as a server. The client on Windows 11 uses the Creality Scan software.

The client (Win11) correctly detects the device, but unfortunately, the program does not. Where should I look for the issue? The software would definitely be a great help and a worthy replacement for the expensive Creality Bridge.

Thank you in advance for your help!

Use the device via virtualhere then open Windows Device Manager Select View -> By Connection VirtualHere USB 3 eXtensible Host Controller.

What does it show under there? Any devices with exclamation marks?

In Device Manager, there are no warnings or errors indicated by exclamation marks. I connected the Creality scanner to another Windows computer, configured it as a server, and encountered the same issue, which also occurs on Android devices. In Device Manager, the scanner is recognized as three separate devices. The scanner software verifies which USB port it is connected to, distinguishing between USB 2.0 and USB 3.0. Device Properties display complete information, including the scanner's serial number.
