Doesnt work from one machine

When trying to connect to a servers device I get this error from one windows 7 client..

10:55:49 INFO :VirtualHere Client 3.2.1 starting (Compiled: Oct 19 2015 21:32:47)

I suspect it has something to do with the version of symantic installed on that machine, but I have tried to disable it and have had no success.
Any ideas on how to debug this?

Try this

open a command prompt and go to the directory where vhui64.exe is
then type vhui64.exe -x

then go to the directory it says and run dpinsts.exe and see if it installs the drivers then.

It fixed it, not sure why it didn't work but it does now.
