No dont have such old version available, however for xp and 2003 its probably a certificate issue. The binaries have to be signed with sha1 and sha2 certificates now for windows and the drivers are signed with a sha1 and will be signed with sha2 soon. This is part of the reason why i dont support such old windows as its impossible to figure out all the cert changes as well as lacking some old apis that are needed now.
Perhaps you could try stripping the signatures from the binaries and enabling unsigned drivers in 2003
