Error binding Belkin USB Easy Transfer cable to client

I have the server set up and working with several other devices, but when attempting to use the Belkin cable from a client it generates the following error in the server log:

2016-10-20 21:24:05 INFO :Installing driver for class USBDevice {88BAE032-5A81-49F0-BC3D-A4FF138216D6}

2016-10-20 21:24:05 ERROR :Error binding device 7 [050d:258a] to connection 3, BIND_ERROR

Is there anything that can be done?

Seems to be connecting without issue now, thanks! One question though, is there a way to increase the USB polling rate? My device that's communicating via the USB cable is only polling at 15-20hz instead of the 125hz it usually does. Is this a limitation of latency/bandwidth, or is there another technical roadblock in the way?

Likely the latency, however i am currently improving the performance of the VirtualHere USB windows server significantly so that will help. ETA about 1 weeks..
