when i install the virtualhere(Win 64bit), message "command line option syntax error" and" vhenum.exe not found" happen. how can i solve the problem?

Thank for fast reply. i use windows 7 korean and followed your orders. After run vhui64.exe -x, went to the directory made. But dpinsts.exe could not found.
where can i get the file?
i could not type reverse slash due to windows language setting. i tried to delete directory appdata and subones and rerun vhui.exe but couldn't delete.

OK japanese windows 7 did have some issue a while ago...maybe your TEMP file is inaccessable or something
anyway you can do this as a workaround
start a command prompt and then type
vhui64.exe -x
change to the directory it specifies then run
dpinsts.exe
then run
vhenum.exe
then you can just run vhui64.exe from now on and it should work. We just manually installed the drivers for the client.

OK i think also korean might
OK i think also korean might have issues, i think because the directory separator is the Won character.
Can you change your windows temporary directory to somehing with a slash in it perhaps
e.g c:\temp

1. Download https://www.virtualhere.com/sites/default/files/usbclient/drivers.zip
2. Extract the zip file
3. run dpinsts.exe
4. run vhenum.exe
then run the virtualhere client again and it should work
