Can't connect to SEW or Rockwell devices

Hi, We are having a problem connecting to an SEW UFF41B device and a Rockwell Automation L27 PLC using virtualhere. The following log file shows the file not found errors that seem to be causing the problem, any suggestions?

ok, these files are there now

I think your firewall might be blocking the ssl connection to virtualhere.com. Can you allow that site.
