Application can't connect to device (but device manager shows device OK)

Running on Windows 7 (with VirtualHere on a TP-Link TL-MR3040 portable wireless router following these instructions: http://www.instructables.com/id/Wireless-tethered-shooting-with-any-DSL…)

I have an application (Polemaster from qhyccd.com) that gives an error when trying to connect to the USB device (polemaster camera) and says it's not present (despite it showing up in Windows Device Manager fine) when I use VirtualHere.

I looked at the USB properties for when the device is plugged in directly and when its plugged in via VirtualHere and I did see some differences - including some missing descriptor information when using VirtualHere. I also did some captures using USBlyzer (for both the direct connected and VitualHere connected scenarios) and I "think" something tries to access some descriptor information so maybe that is related to the problem ? I'll send the captures and lists of properties to mail [at] virtualhere.com (mail[at]virtualhere[dot]com) in case its possible to see what the problem is.

Thanks
Andrew

For others reading this thread, this was resolved, he was using version 2.0.7 of the virtualhere server on his router and he upgraded to 3.2.9 and it all fixed all his issues.
