Hi,
I paid the full price for unlimited devices on my Qnap TS-253a in the assumption that this was all working as advertised.
I get this error trying to connect a flash drive : "iXpand Flash Drive" is a USB 3.0 device, plug it into a USB 2.0 hub or port before using."
I looked it up on the forum and found 2 "related" topics :

Surely in the mean time, usb 3.0 is already supported by now (after 2 years)? All my usb-drives I currently use are usb 3.0 drives.
Can I get my money back in case virtual here is not working as advertised ? or is support coming really soon ?

I would love to support usb 3.0 in OSX but apple has not provided any way to do so in osx yet - for software like virtualhere. so ill give you a refund.
