Hello
We are considering to buy the VirtualHere server and we are therefore testing the product on a RPi 2 server using the generic linux build (1 usb device trial).
On a windows client machine using the 64bit client we are unable to use any device. The client notifies the user about a driver installation, which runs successful. But after the driver installation window is closed, the VirtualHere client freezes and is not responding anymore. After killing the client and re-running it again will not recognize the driver being successfully installed and will try to perform the same steps again. We have tried it using two different dongles, one is a HASP dongle, the other one from CodeMeter.
What can we do?
.
