I updated the client yesterday, it needs to install new drivers in windows 10 so it should popup a message that it needs to upgrade the drivers. Also it will ask you to reboot, you need to reboot otherwise the new driver wont work. Are you not seeing this?
I think what you are saying is that the windows 10 client cannot automatically find the virtualhere server on your network? I didnt change anything to do with the auto-find feature, anyway right click USB Hubs->Specify Hubs and put in the ip address of the server and it should connect then.
It looks like the win10 is on a different network, although the ip address is the same, the DNS servers are different. Are you sure its getting the correct details? Usually with the same DHCP server the dns servers would be the same. But the win10 is 8.8.8.8 which is google whereas the other one is your ISP dns which is probably correct. Can you make sure the network details are identical in the win7 and win10 machines. Those values should be identical. As i dont know your network setup i think the first thing is to make them identical competely.
