Raspberry Pi3 Server - Windows 10 64Bit Client UNABLE to 'see' Server!

Hello all from South Wales, UK :)

Firstly I must apologise for asking for basic help!! :)

I have installed the vhusbdarmpi3 on my Rasperry Pi3 and to be sure it's running, I left off the -b
My Pi is displaying: VirtualHere USB Server is running...press CTRL-C to stop

I've installed the 64Bit Client on my Windows 10 PC - VirtualHere Client for Windows (64-Bit Win7/Server2008R2 or later)
A VirtualHere window appears on the screen but it fails to see the Pi3 Server

Both the Pi3 and the Windows 10 PC are on the same network - the Pi3 via WiFi and the Windows 10 PC is wired.

I do plan on buying the unlimited licence for multiple devices but reluctant to do that at this point in case I have to remove the client software - not sure this would cause problems in re-installing.

Any suggestions, I'd be very grateful.
