Yeah the cloudhub licenses are different from the normal virtualhere keys. Can you send me your new serial and ill give you another key for the cloudhub. Start the virtualhere client, when you see the cloudhub listed, right click USB Hubs->License..->Copy to clipboard and paste into an email to mail [at] virtualhere.com (mail[at]virtualhere[dot]com)
