Hey guys,
we were running an RS3614xs+ with a licensed virtual Here Server for about one year now without any issues. Yesterday we had to update the firmware of our synology NAS to "DSM 6.2-23739 Update 2". After the reboot the virtualHere Server wasn't starting anymore.
In the package-center the virtualhere-package is shown as "stopped", when I click start, it's loading a few seconds but then it's still in "stopped"-state.
The Logs in the LogCenter do not provide any information about this.
I tried to reinstall the virtualhere-package from the package-center and the one from the virtualhere-webstie (https://www.virtualhere.com/nas) (bromolow)
Does someone has an idea about that?

Ok this is the third report i have of this, i have sent an email to synology to ask what exactly has changed in the last version specifically. Can you email me the /var/log/virtualhere.log file from your synology if you can. mail [at] virtualhere.com (mail[at]virtualhere[dot]com)
