Failed to close captured device completion

Hi There,
I'm having trouble getting a Sentinel USB device to pass through to my server. It appears like the device connects and reports as in-use, then immediately fails.

It's strange because it was working, and then it just randomly stopped today. Any help would be GREATLY apprecaited.
