I’m using an ethernet cable of 300 feet with a Raspberry Pi connected to one end, and a laptop to the other end. A USB device is plugged in the Raspberry Pi and I want to access it with my computer. What is the maximum length of a USB over Ethernet connection with VirtualHere?
It is a CAT 6a ethernet cable

You are confusing two things. Actually virtualhere runs over tcp/ip which can run over any medium. So the 300m ethernet is fine for running virtualhere.
100m (about 330ft) is the
100m (about 330ft) is the maximum allowable length for an Ethernet segment (ie cable). This assumes you have a cat 6A cable, lower certified cables have a shorter length capability, if you are using Gbit Ethernet. Cat 5 is only good for about 15m for example.
At 100MBps, cat 5 is good for 100m also.
