I have two devices that communicate using RS485 at 9600. I have a licensed copy of the server and it is great. Using the GUI client I see the date from the server using the Cutecom client. I have not confirmed the return data but it appears to work and it is logical.
What I have not figured out is how to send the received data to the client end and get the return from a client end dongle.
Any help or pointers is appreciated.

I think you are talking about sending the usb signal back out the client usb port. That is not possible on the pi0w because i dont have that type of client facility at the moment. (Its in the TODO list)
