I am looking to purchase Android server. I want to use Virtualhere to send mouse to remote machine using various remote desktop apps, but I also use Steam Link for Android.
There has been a lot of confusion between these two licenses. I recently referred a community of game streamers to Virtualhere, and many of them have had to request a refund from Steam after realizing that the Virtualhere Steam Link license only works for streaming with Steam Link.
They were confused by this statement on the Virtualhere website (https://www.virtualhere.com/android): "NOTE: If you already own VirtualHere for Steam Link you automatically get a license for VirtualHere USB Server for Android at no extra cost! Just make sure you install and run the Steam Link for Android app (and there is no need to make a purchase below) "
Please consider editing this statement to make it clear that the Steam Link license only applies to Steam Link and not the Virtualhere USB Server for Android app.
Sorry about that, that statement is not right, i wrote it before valve fully added virtualhere to their app and forgot to remove it, so now its removed
