Window 10 Home - Error: USB Device Not Recoginized

I'm running VH client on Window 10 Home editions. When I right-click on the USB device in VH client, I receive a 'USB Device not Recognized error by Windows. The Device Manager reports an error of 'Unknown USB Device (Invalid Device Descriptor). Any Help would be appreciated.

The device is FLIR Machine Vision Camera the model is Blackfly S BFS-U3-51S5C. Thanks!

Michael,
This issue is resolved. I changed my setup (Win10 server & Linux client (had to build usbip kernel module)) and both are services are up running. I have to work through some wifi connection issues but I think I good for now.

I changed my setup Win10 vhServer and Linux vhClient (had to build usbip kernel module) but both services are up and running. I have to work though some wifi/network connection issue but I think I'm good for now.
